From the bottom of its valleys where beautiful streams flow into waterfalls to the summer pastures of Paloumere at 1500 m in altitude, and hiking through its large forests, you can admire wild and unspoilt nature throughout by going along the ancient roads loaded in history (Postal, mule paths, transhumance paths- to take livestock to summer pastures,...). The donkeys help you reduce the weight of your day equipment or carry your camping equipment on their backs. They can be fantastic travel companions. Quiet and affectionate by nature, donkeys like the spontaneity and contact with children
