L'AMPHITRYON

At The age of 24, Yannick Delpech, was the youngest chef in france to have a michelin star. In march 2008 he was Awarded a 2 nd Michelin star. He proposes "a brillantly cretive and original cuisine, which highlights products of the local 'terroir'", enthuse the most demanding critiques.
In oasis of green, situated just 10 minutes from the centre of Toulouse, L'Amphitryon is a unique location where invention combines wonderfully with elegance. Its dinner hall, with temptation of a winter garden, has an open terrace looking over the surrounding nature, a true haeven of peace.
