The adventure began in January 2021, when I bought 14 hectares at Saint-Michel.
Today, with the help of my mare Eglantine and my husband Baptiste, I cultivate 1500m2 of open fields and a 370m2 greenhouse for the production of organic vegetables.
I work without plastic mulch and weed either with the mare or by hand. I keep treatments to a minimum, in particular with the help of beneficial insects (ladybirds, mini wasps) and preventive measures (nets, sails).
