Francis would be delighted to host you at his farm in Buzet-sur-Tarn, allowing you to discover his farming operation and ice-cream producing workshop. He decided, with his wide, to branch out and use the milk produced by the farm, allowing him to produce the very wide range of flavoured ice-creams on offer today. A little bit of advice: don't be put off by the natural flavours, you’ll be pleasantly surprised!
