FRONTON WINE CELLAR - VINOVALIE

Between 1975 and 1985, the Frontonnais winegrowers proceeded to uproot 3/4 of their plots and replant them with a much more precise technique. While the youngest are being trained in modern technology, major investments are made to make the cellar more functional: vinification and maturing cellars, bottling line, storage areas... The work is done patiently and over the years the wines gain in complexity, concentration, roundness and suppleness.
At the end of the 90s, with a group of winegrower friends, the leaders of the winery thought about the creation of a "top-of-the-range" wine. Their efforts led to the birth of Fronton Haute Expression and they now produce three of them.

The rosé wines, on a mature and vibrant base, are made from selected grapes. After a light maceration, the entire harvest is pressed. The plots of land selected to give these excellent rosés receive specific treatment.

The red vintages benefit from the same plot selection, then from a vinification by grape variety, to favour the expression of the negrette, which offers an incomparable range.
