DOMAINE LE ROC
The history of Domaine Le Roc is that of a family and a team where everyone finds his place. In 1981, Jean Luc took over the family property. At the time, the vineyard did not exist and the grapes were brought to the Fronton cooperative. Joined by Frédéric and Cathy in 1988, they decided to make their own bottles and build their own storehouse.
They left the cooperative little by little, just enough time to acquire the necessary buildings and equipment.
In 1995, Pierre, a friend, joins them in the adventure. Then in 2018, the young members of the family, Anne and Grégoire, joined the Domaine. They have the audacity and enthusiasm of youth.

Domaine le Roc is the story of harmony between the soil and the vine.
A true pioneer in terms of grass cover, all the vines have been grassed since 1981, and during the winter, it is the sheep of the domain that graze in the plots.
Currently in organic conversion since August 2019, the future labeling will be for all the team an accomplishment of the work done for all these years.
The wines of Domaine Le Roc come from a balanced grape variety, built around three grape varieties. The Négrette, the original Fronton grape variety, the Cabernet Sauvignon and the Syrah. They are cultivated with a very particular attention in order to obtain concentrated grapes and a perfect maturity.
Traditional vinification with long vatting and time are the guarantee of the quality of the Roc's cuvées.
