Thanks to our mountaineering state certified instructors, you can discover trekking in the mountains, canyoneering or snowshoe trekking (sports for all those interested, whether beginners or experienced, or disabled). Nordic walking is our new fitness activity which is both innovating and quite complete. A mixture of gymnastics, power walking and stretching as a way of walking differently.
