This characterful, detached former farmhouse is set in 2 hectares of unenclosed land. Large, grassy courtyard with shade and flowers. Small flea market in the garden shed. Table d'hôtes with vegetables from the garden. The house has 2 levels. The lounge and dining room are shared with the owners. - Louise's bedroom on the ground floor: 1 double bed (140 cm) + 1 single bed (90 cm) with vestibule, private shower room and separate WC - Rose's bedroom (independent access): 2 single beds (100x200 cm) and private shower room and WC on the ground floor and, on the first floor, connected by an outside staircase, 1 double bed (140 cm) + washbasin - Elisabeth's bedroom on the ground floor (independent access): 1 double bed (160 cm) with separate shower room and WC (Italian shower). Access: towards Couladère-Mauran. Table d'hôtes by prior arrangement at €28 per person, with emphasis on home-made dishes and local produce. TELETRAVAIL: a table and a lamp are available (close to an electrical socket for plugging in a laptop, extension lead and power strip on request).
