Large enclosed garden, garage for one car, parking in the property, numerous games: table football, ping-pong table, a basketball basket and pool table in the living room. Privileged location between the grands sites of the Occitanie region: Toulouse, Carcassonne, Castelnaudary, Albi, near Revel, a bastide with a famous market and the Canal du Midi. Access to the gîte by a staircase leading to a veranda converted into a dining room, large living room with a sitting area with a pool table and an open fitted kitchen opening onto a covered terrace on the garden level, independent WC, 3 bedrooms (1 double bed in 180cm) (1 double bed in 140cm) (1 double bed in 140cm), shower room with WC.
