A covered terrace opens onto the living room, which leads to the kitchen and two bedrooms, one accessible to disabled people. The staircase leads to a lounge area which distributes two bedrooms and two dormitories. Each sleeping unit has its own sanitary. Free management or possibility of restoration on the spot.
