A stunning panoramic view of the Pyrenees, a 200 metre-long garden, a swimming pool, a bowling alley and a small fitness room will be at your disposal. Madame is a former marathon runner and will be able to provide you with an adapted training programme and a healthy and balanced diet. Everything is homemade here, as the garden has many fruit trees and vegetables. The owner will show you the hiking and cycling routes in Lauragais region accessible from the gîte. From "La Mouline Sud" you will be : 5km from Saint-Félix-Lauragais (Cocagne festival, restaurants and grocery shop), 10km from Revel-Saint-Ferréol (one of the most beautiful detours and markets in France, village of craftsmen, swimming lake with water games, Canal du Midi museum), 15km from the Château de Loubens-Lauragais, 21km from Avignonet-Lauragais (craft market in the summer), 35km from Castres and less than 1 hour drive from Toulouse, Albi and Carcassonne, the main tourist attractions of the Occitanie region.
One-storey gîte of 80m2, adjoining the owners' house. It is provided with a laundry room (washing machine) at the entrance, then a living room composed of a lounge (fireplace, sofa, armchairs, coffee table), a dining area and a kitchen (fridge-freezer, 4 gas rings and a microwave oven). 2 bedrooms (1 with double bed 160*200cm, the other with 2 twin beds 90*190cm) and a shower room (whirlpool shower, WC, bidet and basin). Electric heating. WIFI internet access. No television. 2 Terraces: at the front with a barbecue and garden furniture, and at the back with lounge. Bicycles available for lending. Fitness room in the garden chalet. The price includes all charges (subscriptions, electricity, heating, wood and internet) and options (linen, towels, bed linen and cleaning).
