The flats are both upstairs. They have a communal entrance hall and staircase and are separate from the rest of the house. Fully equipped kitchen with self-cleaning oven, ceramic hob, extractor fan, microwave, dish-washer, fridge/freezer, table and 4 chairs. Sitting-room with sofa-bed 140x200, 2 armchairs, coffee table, side-board, television, CD and DVD player, cupboard. Air-conditioning. Loan of books and DVD for free. Cleaning products available. The bedroom is 12m² and has twin beds of 90x200 and a double bed of 180x200, 2 bedside tables with lamps, an office, 2 chairs and a cupboard. The bathroom has a shower, a wash-basin, WC, washing machine, heated towel-rail. Bed linen is supplied (sheets, towels, dishcloths). Cleaning at the end of the stay is included. Free WIFI access. Open all the year around. Loan of baby cot highchair etc on demand in advance. The garden of 2500m² is partially fenced in. Many young trees and shrubs have been planted, there is a vegetable garden and an orchard in the green house. There is a courtyard and carpark of 300m² in common with the house. Dinner needs to be reserved in advance – 20€ per person – Child 2-6 years old : 7€ Child 7-12 years old : 12€
Menu: aperitif, starter, main-course, dessert, wine, coffee. Specials of the day from Hélènes’ own vegetable garden and orchard depending on her inspiration. Also available a B&B for 2, price according to the length of stay (1 night to several months).
