DU COQ À L'ÂNE

Nature and animal lovers, welcome to the gîte "Du Coq à l'Ane"! Our house is located in the heart of the Lauragais countryside, nexto to Saint-Félix-Lauragais. This old restored farmhouse hosts back to back the gîte and the owners' house, which have different accesses and outdoor spaces. You will enjoy a private enclosed garden of 1400m² with a secure swimming pool from 15 May to 30 September (8x4m), a Nordic bath (from 15 September to 15 June), a bowling alley, a swing and table tennis. There are two terraces with garden furniture and a lounge for relaxation. There is a car park on the property. The name of the gîte suggests that animals live there: dogs, cats, hens, roosters and donkeys, which do not have access to your space... but sometimes sounds cross the fences... and sometimes the cats too. The gîte is composed of a main accommodation and an adjoining studio. The main accommodation includes a ground floor veranda with a dining room and summer kitchen, a kitchen, a large living room (table football, wood stove), a shower room and a toilet. On the first floor, a landing leads to 4 bedrooms (children's bedroom with mezzanine bed: 1 double bed (140 cm) at the bottom, 1 single bed (90 cm) at the top), (1 double bed (160 cm) (1 double bed (160 cm)) (2 single beds (90 cm)), WC. The studio, on the garden level, completes the sleeping capacity with 1 double bed (140cm), bathroom with separate WC. The price includes : water, electricity and heating, household linen (tea towels, potholders...), cleaning at the end of your stay. The price does not include : bed linen : 10€/bed/change, bathroom linen : 5€/person/change.
