An ideal location for visiting Toulouse or managing a project. You benefit from the numerous shops nearby as well as places to park. The 7-floor residence has 95 air-conditioned apartments. The outdoor pool is open from May to September. The studios (18 to 20 m2) and one-bedroom apts (31m2) all have one double bed or two single beds. In the one-bedroom, a sofa-bed is available in the living room, the kitchen area has a micro-wave, electric hob and coffee-maker, desk area (free broadband Internet access), bathroom or shower, a toilet, direct phone, TV with satellite and Canal +. Different stays possible: as a hotel for less than 7 days: daily housekeeping. Residential stay for 7 days or more: weekly linen change and housekeeping.
