VIGNOBLE CASSIN

Positioned in the center of an appellation that stands out year after year, the Cassin vineyard extends over 77 hectares of stony boulbènes, red mullets and arid soils that make all the originality of our terroir. 60% of our vineyard is composed of the noble Négrette grape variety dating from the Roman period, which gives our wine all its originality and typicity: garnet red robe, aromas of spices, black fruits and violets.
The reasoned management of our vines, the constant worry of the respect of the environment, associated with a good sunshine and a hot after-season, allow us to limit our yields and to favour the concentration of our vintages.
Our range of tricolor wines has been designed to meet every moment of consumption with refined food and wine pairings.
We welcome you to realize your professional events as a private in an exceptional wine-growing environment on the doorstep of Toulouse. We will put at your disposal 2 reception rooms, its castle, its 5 suites, its courtyard and its terrace on vineyards. Each event will be organized and personalized according to your wishes so as to make this event look like you and bring you together.
