In the small village of Vaudreuille, Patrick, Nathalie and Thomas Lamothe have been producing home-made duck foie gras since 1987.

It is a family business that respects the traditions of the past. Patrick prefers to focus on quality rather than quantity. So he chose the Muscovy Duck which is a rustic species giving a smaller but much tastier liver. The ducks are traditionally force-fed with whole maize.
Patrick's foie gras was noticed by Jean Luc Petitrenaud, gastronomic columnist on a Franch radio named Europe 1.
