We opened our family-run traditional production unit in 1995 and we are located 25 km North of Toulouse in the village of Thil.
We specialize in the transformation of duck foie gras and all other dishes made with duck meat (pâté, rillettes, confits…)
All our dishes are prepared with traditional recipes and we guarantee their authenticity, taste and quality.
