LES JARDINS DES 4 SAISONS

The Communauté de Communes des Hauts Tolosans has created Les jardins des 4 Saisons (The Gardens of the 4 Seasons) in order to promote local employment through economic activity. It is supported by the Departmental Council, Pole Emploi and all the economic and social partners of the territory.
The employees are helped to find a job and they also cultivate and sell vegetable plants (courgettes, cucumbers, aubergines and various varieties of old-fashioned tomatoes), herbs (flat and curly parsley, basil, ...) and companion plants (nasturtium, tagetes, marigolds). They prepare weekly baskets (seasonal vegetables: salads, spinach, carrots, white onions, garlic, peas, chard, cabbage, leeks, potatoes ...).
In Summer you will enjoy their famous strawberry and tomato trays (ideal for tomato sauce) and vegetables for ratatouille
