AGRICULTURAL REGIE OF THE TOWN OF TOULOUSE / DOMAIN OF CANDIE

On the 20 hectares of the Domaine de Candie, the town hall of Toulouse has preserved, since 1976, the last vineyard of the agglomeration.
The different grape varieties produce well-balanced red, rosé and white vins de pays, fruity in their youth, more robust after maturation in oak barrels. The vinification and bottling are done in the cellar, within the Château de Saint-Simon, dating from the 13th century.
In tune with the times, the Domaine de Candie offers a range of wines and organic juices, and is opening up for direct sale to make Toulouse's unique wine accessible to all.
